








Today I did something phenomenal. I walked the trail in my Park the full trail two times. I beat my goal when it comes to steps because I am over a hundred steps per minute. My heart points got to 169. Imagine this is only the first week. I feel myself gaining my energy. As a matter of fact, I am excited because I actually did a second walk today which I wasn’t expecting to do. This truly is motivation because if I can do this in one week imagine what I can achieve in a month in 2 months. When I truly set my mind to achieve a goal, I achieve it. I promise you it will not stop here. This is only the beginning.
